The Ignatius Residence Hall will house upperclass co-ed students. Each resident's room has a private bath, optional private phone lines, air conditioning and flexible furniture, which may be lofted or bunked to allow greater convenience of room arrangement. Cable & Telephone services are provided in each room. Laundry facilities and lounges are located on each floor. Other features of this new facility include a terrace and majestic view of the surrounding area. Residents will enjoy the community building benefits of "hall" style living with the added comfort of a private bathroom.

All windows have mini-blinds. Curtains and/or drapes are not permitted.

Room Furnishings
B ath room contains two of the following: bunkable twin bed, night stand, wardrobe, desk, and lounge chair. Each room has a private bathroom.

Supplies to Bring
extension cord, iron/ironing board, power strip, stereo, throw rug, dry erase board, masking tape, alarm clock, cleaning supplies, laundry basket, stackable crates, bed linens, posters to decorate, shower curtain (optional), tv/vcr, telephone, small refrigerator, towels, hair dryer, hangers, ** No open coil cooking appliances such as hot plates are allowed.

Laundry
There are washers and dryers on each floor. Laundry services is provided free to residents only.

Lounges
There is a TV located in the study lounges on 2nd-7th floors. The 24 hour lounge, located on the 1st floor is the only area where residents can have male visitors once visitation hours are over.

Cable/Phone Service
Each room has access to cable and telephone services. These services are provided as a part of the Housing Contract.

Vending Machines
A vending area is located across from the 24 hour lounge, in the kitchen area. Soft drinks, snacks, and change are available in the vending room.

Kitchen Facilities
There is a small kitchen and dining area located across from the 24 hour lounge that contains a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. This space is available to all residents of the building.
