Jill Kriesky 6243 Position is primarily to prepare materials for Institute's presentations, immersion trips, and exhibits related to Appalachian issues. Much of the work will be clerical in nature -- photocopying, compiling conference folders, moving exhibit photos and equipment, etc.  But an interest in Appalachian history, politics, culture, and/or environment is preferred and could lead to more comprehensive assignments and more work hours with the Institute.

ITS ASC 302 Eric Mencer 8181 Student Web Programmer I--Assist with the daily updates to the Wheeling Jesuit University web site. No prior web editing or HTML skills are necessary. ITS ASC 302 Eric Mencer 8181 Resident Computer Assistant--Assist students in solving basic computer, networking, and phone problems. All tasks are assigned by the Network Administrator and may involve scheduling appointments during evenings and weekends. Training is provided! Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Organization, dependability, and punctuality are a must. All majors are encouraged to apply! (4 positions open)

Professional Education CET 207 Connie Myer 2175 Make copies, filing, mail pickup, run errands, etc.  No. of hours per week and schedule could be flexible in most cases.  Teacher prep. student preferred.

Residence Life Campion, Kirby, Ignatius, Thomas More Front Desks Chris McPherson 2390 Desk Attendants are needed in Campion, Kirby, Ignatius, and Thomas More front desks for the Fall and Spring semesters.  These positions are a vital part of the Residence Hall communities in assisting residents and keeping our halls safe.  Schedules are flexible and hours range from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. 

Service for Social Action Center ASC Bridge 112C Erin McDonald 8728 The SSAC would like to hire a work study student that is interested in service and social justice issues because work commitments may include organizing and leading service projects, recruiting students, and talking with community partners.  Work study students will also help with office responsibilities including answering phones, photocopying, organizing, filing and various other office needs. Hours are flexible between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Advancement CET - Calling takes place in Kirby (old Admissions office)

Denise Evick 8164 Phonathon Cardinal Caller, 3 nights a week from 6:30-9:00 p.m.  Our Cardinal Callers call our loyal alumni and friends to update their records and to ask for their support.

Performing Arts Troy Theater Technician Dave Henderson 2095 Flexible/@10 hrs per week.  Run sound and light boards for performing arts productions and outside events held in Troy Theater.

Athletic Department McDonough Erin Ball 2053 Federal Work Study will be hired first. Fitness Center Hours M-F 10:00am-10:00pm at-Sun 12:00-5:00pm - Athletic Office - Front Desk - M-F 10:00-9:00pm and Game Administration workers (Soccer & Volleyball games) as needed for all home events.
