Friday 7 p.m.

Stir-Fry Station with assorted toppings including chicken and steak  
     
Pasta Station featuring linguini, penne, tortellini with marinara, alfredo, pesto and  spinach, chicken, portobella mushrooms and parmesan cheese toppings   
   
The Dessert Station will feature assorted pies and cakes

President’s Reception and Dinner
Saturday 6:30 p.m.

Pre-dinner reception will feature assorted cheeses and vegetables with dipping sauces

The dinner menu includes a roast beef carving station with horseradish sauce and Au Jus and Chicken Saltimbocca (chicken wrapped in proscuitto).

Rosemary roasted red-skinned potatoes
Rolls and butter
For dessert you can top your own cheesecake with a variety of fruit and other toppings or enjoy a fresh fruit display.
