First, request a schedule or pick one up from the Center for Professional and Graduate Studies in Donahue Hall Room 131 OR in the office of the Registrar in NTTC 2nd floor.

Students may register for undergraduate Summer Session courses by completing the registration form included in the Summer Session packet and then sending the registration form by:

Please consult the catalog for prerequisite classes before registering for a Summer course.

Low Enrollment:
Any class with low enrollment is likely to be cancelled.  Course cancellations will normally occur one week prior to the beginning of each session.  Attempts will be made to contact students enrolled in cancelled courses.  For these reasons early registration is encouraged.

Prerequisites:
Check the catalog for prerequisite classes.  Transient students are reminded to be certain that they are registered for appropriate courses that will transfer in to their programs.

Note to Current Students:
Any student suspended at the end of Spring Semester, May 2008, may not enroll in Summer School courses at Wheeling Jesuit University.  If already registered for summer, the student must immediately withdraw and will receive a full refund.

Senior Undergraduate Students:
Senior undergraduate students who have a grade point average of at least 3.0 may take MBA classes with the approval of the program director.

New Students:
Any new student who is applying to Wheeling Jesuit University must have an appointment with an Admissions counselor before registering.
